RLH Epi.41 The Crash! Kelownagurl Interview
What…..is…..up! Welcome to episode 41 of the Runlikehealth podcast. I have a great show for you this week. I talk about the race that wasn’t meant to be. Hurricane Irene had other plans for the FireMan tri. The event was turned into a swim/run, and I decided not to go. Not because I didn’t want to, but mostly because I had my first significant bike accident about 2 days before the race. When it got to be the night before the race, I was still pretty sore so I backed out. I just didn’t want to aggravate anything with Pumpkinman 70.3 still in front of me. I also had a chance to sit down and chat with Barb, aka Kelownagurl from the Kelownagurl Tri’s podcast. It was awesome to chat with Barb as always.
